We’re in Illinois, and we all agreed that Rauner could join him wherever we could send the two of them. (And it looks like our legislature may actually pass budget over his veto. We may start the digging out process, from two years without a budget,)

Rauner has been a disaster for our state. Hopefully the budget passes but never underestimate the ability of the Illinois legislature to fail to get the right thing done.
