Under the 22nd Amendment, the limit is two terms in a lifetime. Period. Consecutive or not. Obama cannot legally be POTUS again.

He could become Speaker of the House, or Secretary of State, or President Pro Tempore of the Senate, but he would not be in the line of succession because he has already served two terms.
