Dunno. I don’t think this will lose traction in certain circles, no matter how many counts ACORN is cleared of, or how murky the charges against them become. This was a case, to quote Through The Looking Glass of verdict first, then the trial.

The decision not to prosecute will ensure that there will be no trial in this case to provide the legal verdict which is so richly deserved.
