It’s worth considering the alternative. Assuming Booker felt that working with Tillerson was as desirable as contracting a painful, incurable and loathsome disease, what tangible good would come of saying so at that time and place?

Especially since the media and public at large still have this incredible double standard where Republicans are rewarded for being assholes and Democrats are punished.
