We need psychological testing for military and police.

The police, like the military, needs to be something people feel they can volunteer for for a few years. In other words, we need to encourage a more representative cross-section of the population - i.e. liberals - to join, rather than just those that want to point a gun at people (yes, I know they don’t all want to do that, but it does draw in those that do).
