Totally off topic, but I have to tell you I made some cool amber earrings this weekend.

My mother’s birthday.

Nice. My ex-wife loves amber. For a matter of fact, when we went to Poland, she almost broke the bank purchasing North Sea amber in Warsaw (although it was much cheaper than buying it here).

Interesting, this week, for the fist time in months, I made some jewelry, a new totem to hang from the back of my “Indiana Jones” style hat. That hat has seen a lot of outdoors.

Some nice turquoise, dear hide and bone dangles. Southwest styled.
