Pelosi’s new office is House’s costliest by far

Why not find a much more expensive office right now? Our government has lots of money to burn.

Yikes! $18k per month is ridiculous. I know she’s the Speaker and all—probably needs security, privacy, etc. Surely that could be found for less than $18k/mo.
