OT, but we just had an insanely good dinner of sear-roasted salmon with beurre blanc, oven roasted asparagus with a crust of bread crumbs and parmesan, and brown rice. That’s what happens when you turn me loose at the farmers’ market at this season. I’m happy to report that the salmon came out absolutely perfect. Money better spent than at some restaurant IMHO.
