You older boomers have all the stuff. I graduated from high school in the midst of the last recession, the one this one is soon to exceed. When there are millions of people a few years older than you who have more experience, it’s pretty hard to get a foothold in life. That’s why I have sympathy for today’s new graduates who are having such a tough time.

You young whippersnapeprs dont know how good you have it. WhenI was young, we felt lucky to have four tv channels. We grew up without Walkmans, (IPODs? fuhgeddaboutit), cell phones, PCs, yadda yadda yadda. We had to walk to school in the snow and it was uphill both ways.
