Not really. In what we call the Middle East, only 3.5 nations have a birth rate significantly higher than us.

Jordan, Iraq, Yemen, and Palestine.

Outside of that, the only Pakistan and Afghanistan are in the same position. Iran has fewer children than us on average.

I will concede that the Sub-Saharan Muslim Nations are way, higher than all of us though.
