Just like a while back when Rand Paul suggested tax incentives for business in urban areas to alleviate poverty. The idea was widely panned by liberals but when Obama included the idea in his own proposals nobody complained. The idea didn’t become different just because Obama adopted it. You could also say the same for healthcare reform, conservatives suddenly opposed their own idea once Obama adopted it. The concept didn’t change.
