WTF does DeSantis care about the border? Last time I checked, his state wasn’t on it. That said, you want to secure the border? Try humane policy. Make it easy to come work here if you want. Make it easy to claim asylum from all those countries we destabilized over the last century. Decriminalizate drugs to neuter the cartels. Remove the need and incentives to smuggle people or drugs, and watch the border secure itself.
