It’s hard to quantify this level of fail. Ayers, as is blazingly obvious in the video to which Breitbart refers, was making a sarcastic joke — about this very conspiracy theory. He was making fun of people like Breitbart, but they don’t even recognize it. Instead, they idiotically parrot the claim that Ayers “admitted” writing the book. Absolutely stunning.

In a nutshell, researchers at the University Of California have determined that a person with an Alzheimer’s damaged brain can lose the ability to pick up on the subtle clues given off by someone who is insincere or is lying to them.

MRI mapping studies of the human brain indicate that when certain areas of the brain deteriorate that the person can no longer detect lies.

The UCSF team lead by neuropsychologist Katherine Rankin, PhD, suggests that data collected in the study may make it possible now to diagnose Alzheimer’s or Dementia at an early stage and target people with whatever treatments become available.
