Ah, the tanning tax (which is part of the HCR and is expected to generate $2.4 billion over 10 years).

Just ignore that tanning increases your chances of getting skin cancers and whose costs outweigh any benefits (including for the GTL crowd - and I can’t believe I just used that Jersey Shore-ism).

So…it’s a good thing that I’m pretty much clueless on what GTL crowd means?
