Hey, here’s my open question for the thread:

Given that the current attitude in many voters on the ‘right’ (and not talking about anyone here) is a sense of ‘no compromise’, and given the deep divisions in the right— between the libertarian types and the theocrats, as can be seen given the booing at the leadership conference— how likely do you guys think it is that we’ll see a lot more third party challengers?

The current mood of many politicians in the GOP seems to be that if you can’t win it all, you win nothing, which seems to me will lead to, say, the Paulian candidate, if he loses the primary, running as a third party against the theocrat-ish candidate who does win the primary— or both of them running against the sane, moderate GOP members who win their primaries.
