Same here PVC, major causes are stress, alcohol, and caffeine. Quitting may have stressed you out. Came down to a choice between alcohol and caffeine, a no brainer for turn. Good luck JR.

Thanks. Same here and all I got left is my beer. He pretty much told me to quit that too this AM. Oddly, stopping smoking didn’t stress me out this time. I got really sick for a week or so and physically could not smoke, so I just didn’t start again after I got better. I didn’t have the stress like I had before.
