Hey he apologised for Western colonialism in Cairo.
The U.S had no M.E colonies so he apparently thinks that he has standing to apologies for the Europeans.

I am sure that thrilled the Europeans. I think they are starting to hate him and his arrogant attitude. Soon they’ll be talking about the cooperation and good old days of the Bush Administration.
