On that specific issue, of whether someone might deliberately vote for a Democratic candidate, believing he is not a citizen or unsure, it seems fairly obvious that it would be far more likely to be a liberal/ Democrat.

And “postmodernist” nonrecognition of state borders and “right” of free migration is closer to a left wing position than a right wing position (which tends towards ultranationalist).
