When I would go visit my great aunt in Chicago, she would always take us to Bobek’s (I think that’s the name of the restaurant) .. They had this tongue in horseradish that was out of this freakin’ world. Tender….just the best..all sorts of sausages..including blood sausage..never did like that all that much though I did try it.
