IIRC, it is not kosher, as there is fish sauce in it, which is usually made with shellfish. I would imagine that there is a way to make it kosher, by finding a kosher fish sauce, but the one time I did smell it was enough for me!;)

Koreans don’t always use the fish sauce; there’s plenty out there without it.
