Actually the crust (empty carbs from bleached white flour) and the sauce (very high in sodium, possibly made with corn syrup) could come under fire as well. It all depends on which branch of the food police you’re talking about.

Ironically the cheese is the least processed, most natural element of the pizza.

As for chefs who make cheeseless pizza, I would favor their imprisonment. (They ruin society by selling poison to our children).

here in civilization we get the whole grain (hi-fiber) crust… you want whole wheat, or the semolina?
