Here in the South they dip Pizza in some kind of sauce called Catalina.

I’m nominally in the South (Nashville) and I know of no one who dips their pizza in Catalina dressing. Ranch, maybe, but garlic butter is usually the pizza dipping sauce of choice of myself and most everyone that I know.
