The real Covered California site is running so slowly today it’s totally unusable. Plus, once you do get down to actually signing up, - nothing.

Ah, I may be getting close. I’m almost able to see what’s in my “cart”. After that, it looks like it will only take another couple of hours to pass through the last two steps.
