I’ll admit I don’t what is filed with the court when there is a settlement, so I don’t know if all depositions are included. However, If the court accepts the settlement, it would seem to me that both parties have accepted the testimony supplied and are not contesting anything. That would make the accusations immaterial to the result of the case, and not perjury.
Besides, there is no way to determine whether she is lying now, or if she was lying then.
