It would appear that there is no love lost between the Clintons and the FBI. I wonder if someone there resents the scorched earth response to the Comey letter. Seems plausible. I thought on Friday, and from what I heard from spokes people on Friday, was that this was just something they’d let blow over by Monday and not try to stoke the flames with overreaction.

Now it appears shit-stirring is the way to go. Hillary-Twitter has been calling for Comey’s head since Saturday, downthread I noted someone who used to sound rational implying the FBI is in cahoots with the Russians…I mean what the fuck kind of response is that supposed to elicit?

I think it would be a good idea to take a deep breath, talk about jobs, the economy, the environment, soft fucking puppies - ANYTHING - and not spend the last week before an election feeding red meat to the Right.

But what do I know? I’ve seen a few more FBI tweets about cold shit, so my guess is someone’s getting fired before the end of the day over there. And each of those deserves a full frontal response.
