False. I know he did at least once when I lived in CO Springs. I used to listen to Rosen from time to time, and I remember once when he subbed for Rush. Rosen is an improvement over Limbaugh, but he’s still quite outspoken in his partisanship.

That said, Bennett should have done the show. Rosen’s sharp, but I’d expect him to be fair. And how hard would it be to make Ken Buck look like an idiot, even with Rosen doing everything he can to help the guy?
