Indeed. I flew a Cherokee pa28 in my teen years. I so miss piloting.
Most pilots will fly it in to avoid people. There is a special responsibility that goes with being a pilot. That is why you can see great conversations between the hottest fighter pilot and a guy that flies a Cessna for fun when he or she can.
