Today’s bit of theater from the conservative justices was laying the groundwork for dismissal of the law altogether. But Roberts and Kennedy are still seen as swing votes.

I’m not so sure about that. Kennedy seemed uncomfortably with the individual mandate, but to me it looked like those parts of the law not closely related to that would likely survive.
