Wow, I haven’t “been a Republican” since I was in the 5th grade and we wore “I Like Ike” buttons.

It was a catchy campaign slogan.

Prior to the last election I saw a bumper sticker that said

“I liked Ike so much I voted for him in 1952, 1956 & 2008. “

Next to it was an Obama 2012 sticker too.

He was old enough to mean it :) But hey, Obama has been the best Center-Right Republican president since Ike…
