What frustrates me as a white guy is how many other white guys (not talking about folks here because frankly we get it) just don’t see shit. They don’t see how there is something disturbing about a society that worships the 2nd amendment and where grown adults carry assault rifles openly but yet has a 12 year old chlid shot down carrying a toy gun without the cop so much as saying a word to the boy. And I very much that idiotic Kent State alum who is grifting after appearing open carried for her college graduation to “own the libs” knows a damn thing or cares two fucks what happened to young Tamir. That’s white privilege guys. the things we white especially white men just take for granted. I won’t lie here. I’ve been drunk in public (not causing disturbances but nonetheless drunk), I wonder how differently it would be were I a black man. I wonder how differently my ASD would be perceived were I black guy.

For one thing, whatever therapy you received would not have happened, and if your condition was severe enough, you’d just wind up in an underfunded special-ed class that teaches nothing, and you would not have the life you have now.
