Uh, waaay back in the day, the US Army had big artillery pieces designed to fire atomic warhead rounds. Think we gave it up when we discovered we didn’t have artillery that could shoot far enough so that the resulting blast wouldn’t get us too. But I wouldn’t be surprised if NORK had artillery pieces big enough and wasn’t thinking about using nuke warheads fired from artillery pieces.
