Yes it is. Businesses that don’t meet a minimum requirement of coverage will be forced to purchase the public option under the current house plan. Non covered individuals will be forced to purchase the public option. The public option will be funded with tax payer dollars thus limiting the cost giving it an unfair price advantage. It will limit options and President Obama admitted as much when he stated clearly that the public option was the first step in socializing medicine.

Also, whether or not illegals will be part of a public option may be yet to be determined, but what is NOT debatable is the fact that they ARE included in the counting of the “40 million uninsured” number constantly hurled around.
