Heh. Blago seems to have a history of picking poison pills for the Machine to swallow. The choice of Burris is going to haunt them in 2010 as he’s basically an empty suit who has done little but place his resume on his tombstone. What a parting gift he gave them.

With that, you’ve got to wonder who Blago’s going to give up. As a quick aside, Jimmy DeLeo was rather quiet when his name was called to vote Blago out of office. He mouthed, but did not say a “yes” and merely flipped the switch for his vote. Methinks he was trying not to crap in his pants.
