My favorite vegi pie comes with whole roasted garlic, artichoke hearts, and crumbled feta cheese. There was a chain in Seattle that made the best ones, though I can’t recall the name.

I’m getting hungry just reading this thread. FBV, this sounds heavenly. There used to be an Italian eatery near where my son lived that made a pizza with fresh Basil, mushrooms and garlic. No red sauce, just cheese with that. It was mind blowing. They moved their business to LA, as they had an opportunity to expand. I’ve never found any as good since.
