I understood you to be claiming that Obama has a raft of people, called ‘czars’ who are appointees, bypassed a confirmation process, and are not answerable to congress.

Originally, my post was appalled by more than 3 dozen people paid more than $150k/yr in taxpayer money when many are hurting. Everything I’ve read, including my link above, says they will not go before congress. They answer only to Obama, since it’s the WH pocket their pay comes from.
