Must go start working on Lemon-Poppyseed Shortcake. I don’t need it until tomorrow, but since this is the first time I’ve done a gluten free version I want to allow extra time to come up with something else in case it crashes and burns. Or more likely, just doesn’t rise properly. None of it will be wasted regardless of outcome, it just may not be pretty enough to take to a potluck.
