That provision is for women and children that have been trafficked onto the country to be sex slaved and mail order brides. They are victims if crimes who don’t report because they live in fear of their captures/husbands and INS. Republicans can’t accept a bill with 95% percent of what makes sense because of the 5% they don’t like. Your party doesn’t understand the art of compromise at all do they? I guess they are hoping that women who have been the victims of domestic violence will vote their hatred of illegals?
