BTW - those healthcare provisions don’t apply to congresscritters or - if they’ve served long enough - retired congresscritters or the POTUS or former Presidents.

Of course, if the cost effectiveness provisions destroy medical research, the congresscritters won’t get all those nice new medications and treatments, so they still get stuck to some extent.
