I’m deliberately avoiding the topic of the Israeli/Gaza ship confrontation. I don’t know enough about what the hell is going on over there to make any sort of informed comment, so I’m keeping my mouth shut on it.

That said, could someone please explain this bit of WTF-ery from the Supreme Court:

Court: Suspects must say they want to be silent

If I have the right to remain silent, shouldn’t staying silent be enough of a clue that I’m invoking my Miranda rights?
