I like them. In one of the WW1 aircraft games I have I prefer them over Camels. In the multi-plane melee games we play sometimes I will use a SE5a, a Sopwith Snipe, or a Fokker D.7. if I get my choice. They all have their advantages and weaknesses.

Snipe’s a pretty good aircraft. Billy Barker took on the entire Richtofen Geschwader in one and lived. Barely.

When I play any aircraft game I prefer ‘boom and zoom’ fighters. Dogfighting is a messy business that isn’t horribly survivable.
