If this were takfiri terrorists, they wouldn’t have run for it; that’s not their style. They would’ve shot the place up then waited til the cops roll up and go out in blaze of glory as “martyrs” in a firefight with the police or blow themselves up with IED’s.

I would add that there have been right-wingers who planned things out and got away: McVeigh & Eric Rudolph come immediately to mind. McVeigh was caught fairly quickly, but Rudolph wasn’t.
