Why is it that Clarence Thomas and Alberto Gonzales had to struggle to get where they are but that wasn’t an admirable attribute. Oh yeah, they’re conservatives!

You know, I’m honestly getting really tired of this whole “s/he had to struggle to get where they are” nonsense.

Each person has a struggle of some sort in life. Even if someone is born with a silver spoon in his mouth and gets every benefit of high society, he will have a struggle in some other area of life.

Now you may be right in that libs don’t care about struggles when the people struggling turn into conservatives. But here is what I *wish* they would say, instead:

THESE PEOPLE WORKED HARD AND WORKED THEIR WAY UP. THAT MEANS YOU CAN, TOO!

I’m so tired of people making excuses—including me.
