Does anyone here know what Texas law is right now? Do married couples from other states have hospital visitation rights, currently, if they’re same sex? I don’t know. At a guess, the answer would be yes.

Well, the Defense of Marriage Act was passed specifically so states like Texas wouldn’t have to grant those rights to married gay couples from other states, SOOOOOOO…..I’d have to bet on “No” being the correct answer to that question.
