Yep. Because rounding up and deporting millions of people will be cheap and easy and totally doable without expanding the size and scope of the government.

Also, I’m sure that only white people with citizenship papers will build that wall, and that all the private land that would have to be seized via eminent domain to build said wall will be given up willingly. ////////
