My point was that the final tally in FL in ‘00 was affected by lots of things, from the voting roll purge to polling place access to recount rules. Did/do you disagree with that?

Um, the polling was fine. It was a couple counties who cried about a bad ballot. A ballot that is posted in the newspaper 3 days prior.
