I owned a remodel business for 20 years…we tried every year to get some kind of coverage for our people, but it just was not financially practical…very frustrating trying to help 20-22 employees…it makes you feel helpless…small business just gets killed in that regard

My father runs a law firm. And health coverage for his employees is a biiig expense for him. One of the companies I contract for would love to have full-time employees with coverage, but they just cannot make the numbers work.
