It just reeks that two-thirds of the people in Ferguson are black, and yet there are only four or five African Americans on the police force. Civil Rights prosecutors would have to prove that Darren Wilson intentionally targeted Michael Brown because of he was black. But it appears on the face of it that entire police force of Ferguson is intentionally targeting the entire African American population of Ferguson.
