The GOP held Congress before Bush was elected. If you want I can go grab the total breakdown, but I think my point still stands. Fiscal conservatism got the boot from the GOP when they kicked Newt to the curb. The republicans held one or more branches of government before January, and it’s as though Levin wants to blame Obama for all of it. That’s dishonest.
