Nearly every nontroversy the GOP signs on to has a whiff of racism, nativism, and bigotry lingering about it.

Consolidating the white vote is the ONLY way they can stay in power, since through their own actions they have long lost the black vote, and are in the process of losing the Latino vote.

There’s a very simple way to tamp down on the racial resentment that is bubbling: Don’t give out dogwhistles to the racist base!

And as for Oklahoma GOPers being concerned with the economy….. I’ll take that as my laugh of the day.
