What about what he said was untrue? We wouldn’t have much of a debt problem if the Tax Cuts were allowed to expire. Instead, because the Republicans held the nation hostage, we had extend them. Besides, much of the Deficit is the fault of Republicans. I’m sure you’ve seen that graph.

How did the repubs “hold the nation hostage”?
The dems had the Presedency, the house and the senate and couldn’t get it done
